Shipping and Returns
Returns are accepted only up to seven (7) calendar days after the buyer signs for delivery, and only with the condition that the buyer assumes responsibility for arranging shipment back to Leisure Products Inc, including all applicable shipping charges to and from Leisure Products Inc. The buyer must call our customer service prior to returning any merchandise. All returns are subject to credit minus shipping charges, and only after inspection of the returned merchandise by GreatTanningBeds.com. All returned merchandise is also subject to a restocking fee of 15 – 25 % due to depreciation.

Residential deliveries will arrive on a 27’ to 53’ tractor trailer.
GreatTanningBeds.com pays for shipping charges in advanced. You will not be required to pay any additional shipping charges at the time of delivery. The charge you are responsible for is the transport of your products from our warehouse to your curb, i.e., delivery.
Please note that the freight company is not required to take the products off the truck or move the products to the desired location within your property.
Ø The freight company will contact you directly before they deliver your products. Please be sure to plan accordingly ahead of time to arrange the means of getting the products off the delivery truck and to your desired location within your property.
Ø Most of our products require at least two (2) to four (4) individuals present at the time of delivery to get the products off the truck and move it to the desired location within your property.
Your best option is to have several people (at least two (2) to four (4) people) available at the time of delivery to take your products from the truck. The alternative option is to request a hydraulic lift gate truck to unload your products. The additional service will result in fees ranging from $60 to $130, depending on the freight company. You must arrange for and purchase this additional service at the time you place your order with us to ensure a smooth delivery. (PLEASE ASK YOUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR A PRICE QUOTE IF YOU CHOOSE THIS ADDITIONAL LIFT GATE SERVICE.) Please also be aware that even with this service, you will still need to have two (2) to four (4) people to move the products from the curb to your desired location.
Receiving Freight: Clear Delivery
Receiving freight can be as simple as sending it if you follow these steps:
- Stay in contact with your supplier to find out when your products were shipped, to what freight carrier it was given, and an estimated date of arrival.
- When the shipment is delivered, inspect it immediately for obvious signs of damage before the delivery driver leaves.
- Compare the number of shipping units received to the number of units listed on the delivery receipt.
- Sign the delivery receipt once inspection and count has taken place.
The delivery driver will help you receive your shipment and answer your questions.
It is vital that, while the driver is there, you compare the number of pieces of freight you are receiving to the number on the delivery receipt. Once you have determined if the condition and quantity of your freight is acceptable, the driver will ask you to sign the delivery receipt. The driver will then give you a copy and take the original signed copy with him or her as proof of delivery for his or her employer’s records.
A signed delivery receipt with no exceptions is considered a “clear delivery.” Clear deliveries mean that there were no discrepancies in quantity or visible damage at the time of delivery.
!!Attention: Tanning Bed Customers!!
It is very important that the buyer follows the steps described above during the delivery. If the buyer determines that all or a portion of the merchandise has been damaged, the buyer must refuse to accept the shipment or note the exact damages on the freight bill in order for replacement parts to be sent. Any damages that are not noted at the time of receipt by the buyer will be replaced at the buyer’s cost, which includes the applicable shipping costs.
We offer concealed damage shipping insurance at a nominal cost on our tanning beds. Concealed damage is defined as hidden damage that could only have occurred during shipping, but was not visible during delivery inspection on the outer packaging. Shipping insurance is mandatory on all tanning bulb purchases.
Shipping insurance covers replacement of damaged parts only, not the entire item. If the buyer chooses to waive shipping insurance at the time of purchase, the buyer agrees to pay for all replacement items and applicable shipping costs. Shipping insurance cannot be purchased after delivery of the item.
